Congratulations to the prize winner of the XIII Kharkiv Regional Student Research Competition in Natural, Technical, and Humanitarian Sciences — Natalia Reheda, a student of group 2.XT104p.8, as well as her academic advisor, Professor Olena Yuriyivna Fedorenko!
The student’s research work titled “Development of Low-Melting Glass-Ceramic Binders for Diamond-Abrasive Tools”, submitted in the category of Technical Sciences, was awarded Second Degree Diploma.
The competition jury recognized the relevance of the research task and the promising nature of developing diamond-abrasive tools based on ceramic binders, which ensure a stable grinding regime, reliable diamond retention, and effective self-sharpening of the tool, eliminating the need for artificial surface restoration methods.
