035 «Philology»

The bachelor’s program «Philology» combines the profound study of foreign languages (English as the basic foreign language and German as the second foreign language) with the study of linguistic disciplines (both fundamental theoretical and new directions of philological research.). The theoretical and practical aspects of cross-cultural and interlingua communication are studied within the course. It provides the opportunity to train specialists in oral and written translation of scientific and technical literature, fiction texts and business documents. The teaching process takes place in the specialized educational classes. Educational materials of leading foreign and domestic publishing houses are used for teaching foreign languages.
