The Energy Hub is a youth scientific association created to coordinate and organize the combined efforts of students of all levels of education, employees of NTU “KhPI” and external educational organizations for the purpose of comprehensive study, research and development of the field of energy and science of Ukraine.

The Hub supports the participation of young people in internship projects, grant programs, start-ups, communicates with leading companies and scientific organizations, organizes cooperation with pupils and teachers on the search for scientific supervisors and the preparation of scientific papers for the National Academy of Sciences competitions, promotes the improvement of the qualifications of teachers and lecturers on sustainable energy in within STEAM-seminars, courses and pedagogical workshops, conducts STEAM education events.

Thanks to our advisory support, our students received personal scholarships from the “Olena Mykolaivna Borshch Charitable Foundation”. At the expense of the Energy Hub are the winners of the regional stage of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in physics competition.

The purpose of the event is to talk about the important role of power industry workers in the life of Ukraine, about the need to train such specialists, and about the prospects for future specialists of this profession, with the help of leading experts from DSO Kharkivoblenergo, The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities and LLC Myrenergocom. The Hub is actively working on the popularization of engineering specialties.

We help young scientists in the preparation of projects important for the community. The participants of the hub are actively working on the preparation of the “Sustainable and energy-efficient school” project. The project provides for a series of lectures aimed at improving the qualifications of teachers and school leaders in energy management of secondary education institutions and prospects for the use of renewable energy sources.

We actively participate in career orientation events and help popularize STEAM education of Ukraine by participating in projects of NTU “KhPI”. Only in 2023, we took part online in “Open Days”, “Holidays with Polytechnic University”, “Day of Light”, and we also plan to take part in other online and offline events.
