What is Erasmus+?

Participation in international educational and scientific projects, academic mobility programs provides an opportunity for students and teachers to familiarize themselves with the best global practices of organizing business processes, establish useful business relationships, improve knowledge of foreign languages, and broaden the worldview in general.
Thanks to their hard work, as well as excellent knowledge of the English language, some students of the department were able to study in European universities with an international scholarship under the Erasmus+ program.
Interinstitutional Agreement of the Erasmus+ Program between NTU “KhPI” and Białystok Technical University:
National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (NTU “KhPI”) and Białystok University of Technology (BUT), (Poland) have signed an inter-institutional agreement within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, valid from 2023 to 2027. This agreement provides for the academic exchange of students and teachers, which opens up new opportunities for both educational institutions and contributes to the strengthening of international cooperation.
The agreement ensures the exchange of knowledge and experience between students and teachers of both universities, increasing the quality of education and scientific research, as well as developing intercultural understanding and cooperation.
The program includes courses, practical trainings, research and other educational activities. The exchange is carried out in certain directions, in particular from business and administration, as well as information and communication technologies.
Students and faculty participating in the program must meet academic requirements and have sufficient language skills to successfully integrate and study.
The agreement provides for financial support of the participants at the expense of Erasmus+ funds, which includes the coverage of living expenses, travel, insurance and other necessary expenses.
The agreement guarantees the recognition of credits and qualifications obtained by participants during mobility, which is an important aspect of the program.
Both universities provide assistance in solving visa issues and providing insurance coverage, help with the organization of accommodation and adaptation of students and teachers in a new academic and cultural environment.
Adequate academic support, mentoring and access to educational resources are also provided.
