MARKETING PRACTICUM AT NTU “KhPI”

(EDUCATIONAL PROJECT)

MISSION, PURPOSE AND TASK

The mission of the educational project is the formation of a new generation of managers in the field of marketing, which is the basis for the development of the leadership potential of Ukrainian universities to ensure compliance with the goals and program results of the training of applicants of the first, second, third level of higher education in accordance with modern trends in the development of specialties in the labor market in relation to the formation of demand for professional marketers and requirements for their training.

The main goal of the educational project is to satisfy the interests of students of the first, second, third level of higher education in terms of forming not only a list of professional competencies, but also revealing the leadership potential of their development as individuals who possess knowledge of critical thinking and practical skills in solving complex problems regarding functioning and management of the development of marketing activities of enterprises in various fields of business through the transfer of practical competences, experience, professional consultations and provision of knowledge by practicing professionals of marketing and advertising agencies of Ukraine.

The main tasks of the educational project are:

  • involvement of leading specialists in the field of marketing for educational, guest lectures, master classes and other activities related to the formation of professional competences through consulting and project activities;
  • facilitating the contacts of applicants of all levels of higher education in the specialty 075 “Marketing” of the National Technical University “Kharkov Polytechnic Institute” with stakeholders regarding the disclosure of personal potential, business qualities, professional abilities to the real needs of the labor market in the specialty 075 “Marketing” and further employment.

ADVANTAGES OF THE ACTIVITY

  • increasing the interest of future applicants and popularizing the profession of “marketer” among applicants of all levels of higher education and the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”;
  • providing an opportunity for the NPP of the Department of Marketing of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” to increase practical experience, form a list of professional competencies and requirements for their training, conduct market monitoring of compliance with modern trends in the development of specialties on the labor market
