Scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Young Scientists

Congratulations to Roman Zaitsev on receiving the diploma of a scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for young scientists – doctors of sciences!
This high state distinction is awarded to young scientists under the age of 40 who already have a doctorate, demonstrate significant achievements in fundamental or applied research and implement scientific and technical projects in Ukraine.
Roman Valentynovych heads the Department of Micro- and Nanoelectronics of the Institute of Computer Science and Engineering of NTU “KhPI” and is a well-known specialist in the field of microelectronics, solar energy and photonics. His scientific activities include the development of the latest elements of modern microelectronics and solar energy, including in cooperation with international partners.
Awarding the scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada is a recognition of Roman Valentynovych’s professionalism, scientific initiative and contribution to the development of Ukrainian science even in wartime.
