25.10.2024 – Students of the Department of Materials Science, having been informed about the procedure for considering bullying cases and the current plan of measures to prevent them at NTU “KhPI”, joined the webinar “Bullying in Educational Institutions: Prevention and Solutions”, organized within the framework of the initiative “Let’s Become Stronger Together!” of the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE project.
The lecturer was psychologist and family psychotherapist Tetyana Kostenko. Together with the participants, she studied the legislative framework on bullying, revealed who is responsible for such cases, and how this phenomenon can be effectively prevented. Special attention was paid to practical aspects – the selection of psychological protection for emergency situations.
Participants received useful information about bullying prevention, countermeasures, and the importance of creating a safe environment in educational institutions. The webinar became part of a nationwide effort to ensure the comfort and safety of students in educational institutions.
