Brief description of the project(inventions):
Creating a metering equipment with adjustable mechanical load factor for liquid biological samples. Development of a mathematical model of information analysis parameters of nonstationarity bioelectric signals and classification according to the latest changes induced bioelectric cellular biological structures.
Researches have shown that such measurements are most pronounced in cells or cell structures with oncopathology.
Application area:
Classification of formally homogeneous biochemical, biophysical and pathological states of liquid biological samples with different models of electropotential activity:
- laboratory biochemical researches
- oncopathology research center
- laboratory medical diagnostics
Project status:
Developed and functioning working model of the measuring devices in which the object of research is a liquid biological sample (serum, blood, etc.). Output signal – is random biopotential signal with nonstationarity mathematical expectation. Nonstationary model is controlled by the method of active atmospheric loading of the biological sample. Informative parameters – are coefficients of biopotential inertia. The possibility of significant division of the samples with different biochemical states is proved. The value of the maximum reliability is at the level of 0.95 – 0.98 with a maximum time of express-control at the level of 0.5 to 1 s.

Implementation period: 1 year
9 months — development of a measuring device with adjustable factor loadings and the creation of a microprocessor control system and models of dynamic stabilization modes for disturbing factor levels.
3 months — normalized metrological characteristics, evaluation of performance quality settings.
Expected results:
- Working system for measuring the biochemical rapid control and correction of the differential diagnosis of borderline pathological states on induced bioelectric signals of non-stationary (Expected accuracy of not lower than 0.99.).
- Method for the laboratory diagnosis of oncopathology on new informative features.
