This guest lecture helped deepen students’ understanding of the critical role of communication skills in a manager’s toolkit. It successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge from courses like “Fundamentals of Project Management” and real-life IT industry practices. It also encouraged students to develop their soft skills and leadership potential.
The Department of Project Management in Information Technologies sincerely thanks Alina Horoshko for an insightful, modern, and inspiring lecture that contributed significantly to shaping the professional mindset of future IT managers.
