From 14 to 18 September 2025, the World Para Armwrestling Championships were held in Albena (Bulgaria).
Anatoliy Potemkin, a third-year student majoring in Physical Culture and Sports at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Social and Humanitarian Technologies, took part in the competition as a member of the Ukrainian national team.
Anatoliy Potemkin won a silver medal in the weight category up to 70 kg!
The athlete’s coach is Volodymyr Petrenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education and Honoured Coach of Ukraine.
