On April 11, 2023, within the framework of the Open University Student Olympiad in the discipline “Energy Management” in the specialty 141 Electric Power, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics and specialty 144 Thermal Power Engineering at NTUU “KPI”, our students took part in online webinars:

The presentations of master’s qualification theses in the specialty “Heat power engineering” (“Industrial and communal heat power engineering. Energy management and energy efficiency” educational program) took place at the department on November 30, 2022. Full-time and part-time master’s defenses were held in online format.
Chairman of the examination board professor of the Turbine Engineering Department of NTU “KPI”, Ph.D. O.I. Tarasov and the members of the examination commission noted the good level of execution of master’s theses, which testifies to the high level of knowledge and responsibility of our masters.
We wish our graduates further professional success, energy on the way to achieving their dreams and a bright future!

In accordance with the order of the rector of NTU “KhPI”, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Nikolay Kundenko was appointed Head of the Department of Heat Engineering and Energy Efficient Technologies from August 30, 2022.

On June 22, 2022, the presentation of bachelors of the specialty 144 Thermal power engineering of the educational program “Industrial and municipal thermal power engineering. Energy management and energy efficiency” was successfully held. The presentation took place remotely on the Microsoft Teams corporate platform. We congratulate our graduates with the Bachelor of Thermal Power Engineering qualification and wish them a successful continuation of their professional careers.

The member of our academic staff Viacheslav Pylov has just been conferred the title of Associate Professor. Our warmest congratulations and best wishes to Viacheslav Pylov on his success!

Dear friends, Happy New Year! Let this be a conditional border, but still the time when we summarize and outline plans. Life is a process, and it is very important what the path of this process will be. The process also needs a development gradient. Therefore – for our gradient of development, for the path passing through accumulation and creation, faith and aspirations, overcoming and experience, victories and achievements, warmth and love! On December 23, in the Palace of Students of NTU “KhPI”, a festive evening dedicated to the graduation of masters was held.
The department is proud that among the graduates at this holiday was our master Viktoria Semikina, who received a diploma with honors from the hands of the rector of NTU “KhPI” Yevgeny Sokol. Joining the rector’s congratulations, we wish Victoria and all our graduates bright victories!
