Professor Sabolcs Nagy gives an in-depth look at the development of international economic relations in the field of education and science
As part of the ongoing series of international academic events, on May 15, 2024, the Teams platform hosted a unique lecture by Professor Szabolcs Nagy from the University of Miskolc, Hungary, on the topic “Development of International Economic Relations in Education and Science”. This event was organized within the framework of international cooperation between Ukrainian and Hungarian academic institutions and took place on the Teams platform, bringing together about 70 participants, including students of the Department of Business Economics and International Economic Relations, postgraduate students, teachers and experts in the field of international economic relations.
Professor Nagy presented to the audience various aspects and opportunities for international cooperation between universities, with an emphasis on the importance of integrating artificial intelligence into educational processes. He drew attention to the need to adapt educational programs to modern labor market requirements, especially in the context of globalization and international competition.
One of the key topics of the lecture was the discussion of Miskolc University’s partnerships with industrial and academic institutions around the world, which facilitates student internships and expands their career prospects. The professor emphasized the importance of international exchange programs that allow students to gain unique experience and knowledge, which is critical in today’s multicultural academic world.
The lecture contributed to a deeper understanding of the interaction of economic and educational aspects in the development of international relations and highlighted the strategies of the University of Miskolc to further develop and strengthen its position in the international arena. Thanks to the active participation of the audience and the discussion of important issues, the event became a significant contribution to the development of academic relations and mutual understanding between Ukraine and Hungary.

A renowned scientist from Hungary presented innovations and global opportunities of the University of Miskolc at a lecture as part of international cooperation.
On April 17, 2024, the Teams platform hosted a significant lecture by Professor Szabolcs Nagy, Associate Dean for International Relations at the Faculty of Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. The event was organized within the framework of international cooperation between the Department of Business Economics and International Economic Relations and the Faculty of Economics of the University of Miskolc, which opens up new opportunities for our students and faculty.
Professor Nagy presented an in-depth overview of the University of Miskolc, with a focus on its status as one of the leading universities in Hungary. Particular attention was paid to the modern infrastructure of the university, its educational programs and close cooperation with industrial partners, which contributes to effective internships and further employment of students.
The professor emphasized the importance of innovations in educational programs, in particular the introduction of the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, which provides Miskolc University students with advantages in their studies and in the labor market. The lecture emphasized the global opportunities for students through international exchange programs and scholarships, which significantly expands the horizons of their education and career.
The meeting also included the professor’s answers to numerous questions from students and faculty regarding specific aspects of the study programs and internship opportunities, emphasizing the practical orientation and international integration of the university. The event opened new perspectives for further cooperation and knowledge exchange between the universities, laying the foundation for a long-lasting international academic friendship.
