DSG2neo: Double Diploma NTU “KhPI” + OVGU (Magdeburg) The DSG:2 Double Diploma Program is a comprehensive educational program to support Ukrainian refugees who were forced to leave Ukraine and are in Germany or other European Union countries.
The DSG:2 double degree program between OVGU and NTU “KhPI” was launched in the summer of 2022 following the start of the military invasion of Ukraine. Many graduates of Ukrainian secondary schools in Germany faced difficulties in continuing their studies due to significant differences between the Ukrainian and German education systems.
The DSG:2 double degree program is a comprehensive educational support initiative for Ukrainian refugees who were forced to leave Ukraine and are currently residing in Germany or other European Union countries. In 2022, an official agreement on the implementation of the DSG:2 double degree program was signed between the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” and Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU), Magdeburg, Germany.
Since October 2023, students of the educational program “Biotechnologies and Bioengineering” and other engineering specialties at NTU “KhPI” have begun their studies under the DSG:2 double degree program.
