At the Department of Biotechnology, Biophysics and Analytical Chemistry, a working meeting was held with the stakeholder of the educational program, Bohdan Putiatin, an analytical chemist at LLC JSC “Biofarm”. The purpose of the event was to discuss opportunities for cooperation aimed at attracting applicants to bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs, as well as improving the training of specialists for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.
During the meeting, the current employer requirements for young specialists, prospects for internships and practical training, and pathways for professional development were discussed. The company representative emphasized the importance of forming modern competencies in students—particularly in analytical chemistry, biotechnological processes, and product quality control.
The event strengthened the partnership between the department and industrial stakeholders and outlined possible directions for further cooperation to enhance educational programs and support the professional growth of students.
