Online meeting between students of the Department of Technical Electrochemistry and employers – Study and work at the same time!

On July 31, 2025, an online meeting was held between students and teachers of the Department of Technical Electrochemistry and employers from Zakarpattia and Kharkiv regions. The event was organized as part of strengthening cooperation with industrial partners and promoting the employment of young specialists.

The meeting was attended by:

  • representatives of a large machine-building enterprise from Zakarpattia, which specializes in the manufacture of high-tech products and is actively developing its own electroplating production;
  • a representative of a jewelry manufacturer from Kharkiv region, which needs a specialist for the electrolytic deposition of gold, silver, rhodium, and other precious metals.

During the meeting, employers presented their production facilities, talked about the specifics of working at a modern enterprise, employment conditions, opportunities for industrial practice, internships, and career growth. Particular attention was paid to the prospects for graduates of the TE department who already have the necessary knowledge of technical electrochemistry.

🔧 “We are interested in young specialists who are already familiar with the technologies of electroplating metals and are ready to work with modern equipment. Cooperation with the Department of Technical Electrochemistry is a way for us to recruit high-quality personnel,” said a representative of the machine-building enterprise.

💎 “The jewelry industry requires precision, responsibility, and in-depth knowledge of electrochemistry. We are open to graduates of the department and are ready to provide their first job with decent conditions,” emphasized the Kharkiv partners.

The meeting took place in a warm and businesslike atmosphere. Those present at the meeting had the opportunity to ask questions and received comprehensive answers.
