On February 10, 2026, a meeting was held between the Head of the Department of Hydraulic Machines named after G.F. Proskura of NTU “KhPI” Andriy Serhiyovych Rogovy and students of Lyceum No. 14. The purpose of the event was to familiarize high school students with the advantages of technical education, university admission opportunities, and modern areas of engineering training.
During the meeting, Andriy Serhiyovych presented the educational programs of the department, spoke about the scientific and engineering projects that students and teachers are working on, and also emphasized the broad employment prospects for graduates. Special emphasis was placed on the participation of students in international educational initiatives, academic mobility programs, and cooperation with leading enterprises in the industry.
Schoolchildren actively participated in the discussion, asked questions about the conditions of admission, the features of the educational process, and opportunities for professional development after graduation from university. Such meetings help students better decide on their future specialty and consciously choose their own path in the field of engineering.
