On April 9, 2026, a working meeting of representatives of the Department of Hydraulic Machines named after G. F. Proskura NNI MIT with the company “HYDRO-GID” was held, dedicated to the issues of student employment and the development of interaction between education and business.
The company “HYDRO-GID” is a team of professionals specializing in the design, supply, installation and service of hydraulic systems of various levels of complexity. Among the company’s clients are leading enterprises of the machine-building, agricultural, metallurgical and defense complexes of Ukraine.
During the meeting, the company’s representatives emphasized that even in conditions of a full-scale war, “HYDRO-GID” was able to maintain its personnel potential and production facilities, continues to develop and considers work with young specialists as a strategic priority. The main emphasis was placed on the need for qualitatively trained personnel and the company’s willingness to invest in the training and professional development of students.
The company proposed to organize an online presentation for students who are studying or have already studied the discipline of “Hydraulics”, as well as with a request to provide contact recommendations for students who have demonstrated a high level of knowledge and motivation during their studies.

The meeting was another step in strengthening cooperation between the department and employers and will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of students in the labor market, as well as the practical orientation of the educational process.
