On May 15, 2026, a remote meeting with future applicants and the defense (acceptance) of reports on pre-graduate practice of students of the Higher School of Hydraulic Engineering of NTU “KhPI” took place at the Department of Hydraulic Machines named after G. F. Proskura of NTU “KhPI”.
The event was attended by college students who underwent pre-graduate practice at the department. During practical training, they were able to deepen their knowledge of professional disciplines, in particular in the field of hydraulics, as well as get acquainted with the research, design and educational activities of the department.
During the meeting, the students presented the results of their work, presented practice reports, demonstrated the acquired competencies and received professional recommendations from the department’s teachers. The defense took place in a constructive and professional atmosphere, which contributed to an objective assessment of the level of training of future specialists.
In addition, a career orientation conversation was held during the event, during which the participants received detailed information about the possibilities of continuing their studies at NTU “KhPI”, the features of the admission campaign, the department’s educational programs and employment prospects in the industry.
Holding such events contributes to the effective integration of college students into the educational space of the university, ensures continuity of education and increases the motivation of future applicants to obtain higher technical education.
