The team of the Department of Intelligent Computer Systems at NTU ‘KhPI’ congratulates our colleague, senior lecturer Arseniy Vadimovich Khaziev, on the successful defence of his doctoral dissertation (PhD)!
The defence took place on 19 January 2026 in the field of 011 Educational and Pedagogical Sciences. The thesis on ‘The Formation of Leadership Qualities in Future Psychologists in Higher Education Institutions’ was completed under the supervision of Doctor of Public Administration, Professor Larysa Hren.
Why is this important for the Department of Information and Communication Systems? Although the research topic lies in the field of pedagogy and psychology, it is directly related to our mission. In the world of intellectual systems, soft skills, leadership and understanding of human psychology are critical to building effective teams and managing complex projects.
High praise from experts: Official opponent, Professor Lesya Lebedyk, noted the extraordinary timeliness of the work:
