Characteristics of the educational program

The main focus of the educational program is aimed at building competences and the skills of developing applied and specialized software, programmable logical controllers and logical integral schemes, analysis of technological objects, development, development and adjustment of computer-integrated control systems, as well as approaches and tools. Attention is also paid to the development of human-machine interfaces and data processing and transmission systems for technological process and production automation systems in various industries.

The peculiarity of the program is the synergistic combination of automation with electronics and IT with a deep emphasis on the formation of skills of development of typical systems of automation of technological processes and automatic control systems, as well as in the development of algorithms of automation systems and their implementation through applied programming. Higher education applicants under this program receive the necessary knowledge of the technical and software of automated systems, including the choice of technical means and their metrological support. The program has two structured packages of profiled disciplines that provide a deep understanding of the automation of technological processes, computer-integrated technologies and automatic control systems. The corresponding educational trajectories allow students to direct the competencies to the creation of technological process automation systems (a profile package of disciplines: computer-integrated production and applied programming) or for an in-depth study of data processing methods and automatic control systems. (Profile package of disciplines: computerized control systems and automation). The educational program also provides education applicants with the opportunity to gain important professional skills and specialized knowledge within a wide range of sampling disciplines of vocational training that are combined into thematic blocks (PE of application programming, economic direction, analysis and modeling of objects and processes).
