The conference is organized by National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Co-founders include leading higher education institutions: University of Miskolc (Hungary), Warsaw University of Technology and Poznan University of Technology (Poland), Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (Germany), University of Petroșani (Romania), Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (Bulgaria), and INTI International University (Malaysia).

The conference will be held across 12 sections: energy, electronics and electromechanics; current issues in mechanical engineering and transport; computer modeling, applied physics and mathematics; chemical technology and engineering; economics, management and international business; medical sciences; international technical education; social and humanitarian technologies; computer science and information technologies; near-Earth space, radiophysics and ionosphere; electromagnetic compatibility; military sciences, national security, and border security.
