Our colleagues received awards for the best scientific works!
The awards were awarded by the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine based on the results of the 2022 competition.
Thus, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of NTU “KhPI” Kseniya Minakova was awarded in the “Physics and Astronomy” department for developing an energy source based on solar cells for the nanosatellite “CubeSat”.
A 5th-year student of the Department of Micro- and Nanoelectronics of KhPI, Pavlo Fesenko, received an Honorary Certificate of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine for research into the processes of microcontact welding of photoconverters for solar batteries and modeling of new structural solutions. The head of the competition work is Kseniya Minakova.
