According to the results of the state certification conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” ranked first among 78 domestic higher education institutions in the engineering and technological direction, receiving the category “A”. In addition, Kharkiv Polytechnic entered the TOP-5 Ukrainian universities in the natural sciences and mathematics category. The results of the state certification were presented on October 2 in Odessa. The events were attended by Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Denis Kurbatov. KhPI was represented by the university’s head of the research department, Professor Ruslan Kryvobok.
In 2025, state certification of scientific and higher education institutions will be based on their implementation of scientific (scientific and technical) activities over the previous 5 years. The National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” is undergoing certification in three categories: engineering and technology, natural sciences and mathematics, and security.
