According to the educational program “Chemical Technologies and Engineering”,
the Department provides professional knowledge in the professional area “Technology of composite materials and polymer coatings for anti-corrosion protection, industrial and architectural design” , within which specialists are trained in such areas as:
– technologies for the production of paint and varnish materials;
– technologies for obtaining protective and decorative paint and varnish coatings.
Over the years of independence, the Ukrainian paint and varnish industry has formed as a real sector of the Ukrainian economy, which was in a state of constant growth! Which caused a great demand for paint and varnish specialists!
In these conditions, the paint and varnish industry is becoming a strategic sector of the Ukrainian economy, which needs specialists!
It is paint and varnish materials and coatings based on them that are the main method of anti-corrosion protection and protective and decorative finishing (industrial and architectural design) during the restoration of numerous objects of critical and social infrastructure, residential buildings, etc.
