Research areas and studies
- a study of the impulse immunity of power system equipment to lightning or switching impulses with voltages of up to 2.4 MV;
- research into insulating materials and testing them under AC/DC voltages of up to 1 MV;
- research into earthing configurations for power industry facilities, high-voltage substations and outdoor switchgear.
