On October 17, 2025, at a meeting of the working group of NTU “KhPI”, a solemn ceremony of presenting Honorary Diplomas and Diplomas of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to scientists, teachers and employees of NTU “KhPI” was held.

Professor of the Department of Organic Synthesis and Pharmaceutical Technologies Serhiy Oleksandrovych Petrov was awarded a Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

He received the award “for services to the Ukrainian people” from the People’s Deputy, member of the Supervisory Board of NTU “KhPI” Viktoriya Kinzburska.

The event was attended by the rector, professor Yevhen Sokol, vice-rectors, teachers and employees of the university. The event was dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
