On November 20, 2025, the staff of the Department of Organic Synthesis and Pharmaceutical Technologies – Head of the Department, Prof. Strelets O.P., Prof. Strelnikov L.S., Prof. Maloshtan L.M., Associate Professor Spiridonov S.V. took part in the VI International Congress “Modern Problems of Pharmacy”, jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Medical University (AMU) and the Association of Pharmacists of Azerbaijan.
The International Scientific “Modern Problems of Pharmacy” is dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Azerbaijan Medical University and the 85th anniversary of pharmaceutical education in Azerbaijan.
The mission of the VI Baku International Scientific Congress of Azerbaijani Pharmacists was to promote the exchange of advanced research and technological achievements in the field of pharmacy, cooperation between different branches of pharmaceutical science, the search for practical solutions to problems and support the training of a new generation of pharmaceutical researchers.
The event brought together experts from all branches of pharmaceutical science, as well as scientists and researchers working on the development of new drugs, practicing physicians, postgraduate students, residents, and students from different countries of the world.
