On March 9, 2026, the staff of the Department of Organic Synthesis and Pharmaceutical Technologies – Head of the Department, Professor Strelets O.P., Professor of the Department Strelnikov L.S. and Associate Professor of the Department Ovsyannikova T.O. took part in holding a STEAM event with senior students of Lyceum No. 80 in Kharkiv on the basis of an underground school.
The students were provided with information about the educational programs “Industrial Pharmacy” and “Technology of Organic Substances, Food Additives and Cosmetics” of NTU “KhPI”, employment prospects. The students also took part in conducting interesting experiments on the topic “Chemistry and Medicines Around Us”.
More than 50 schoolchildren took part in the event.
