On January 21, 2026, the Department of Project Management in Information Technologies at NTU “KhPI” held an online meeting for school students and first- and second-year university students, dedicated to choosing an IT specialization and building a career in the field of information technologies.
The speaker of the event was Yehor Bozhok, Senior Talent Development Specialist at EPAM, one of the leading international IT employers. During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to receive up-to-date information about the opportunities offered by studying in the F3 “Computer Science” specialization, as well as to learn about the real demands of the modern IT labor market.

The event addressed key issues related to the professional development of future IT specialists, including the development of essential skills during studies, specifics of starting a career, common beginner mistakes, and ways to avoid them. Special attention was paid to EPAM Campus educational programs, which are designed for school students and university students and enable them to gain practical experience and prepare for future employment.
