On October 14, 2025, a motivational meeting titled “Success Stories of Graduates and Students” was held at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.” The event brought together current students and graduates from different years of study.
The meeting took place in a hybrid format — offline in the university’s shelter and online via the Microsoft Teams platform — which allowed a wide audience to join the event.
The purpose of the meeting was to demonstrate real examples of professional growth among graduates of the Department of Project Management in Information Technology (PMIT) and to discuss current trends in the development of the IT industry.
Invited graduates Denys Borodai and Yaroslav Reva shared their personal career journeys, explaining how studying at the PMIT Department helped them achieve professional success, implement ambitious projects, and become competitive specialists in today’s labor market.

Following the presentations, an open discussion was held during which students had the opportunity to ask questions, receive career advice, and learn more about internship opportunities and participation in international IT projects.
Such meetings contribute to the formation of an active community of students, graduates, and faculty members who jointly develop the field of information technology and support the image of NTU “KhPI” as a leading technical university of Ukraine.
The event “Success Stories of Graduates and Students of the Department of Project Management in Information Technology” once again confirmed that the experience gained at KhPI provides a solid foundation for building a successful career in the IT industry.
The organizers plan to make such meetings regular, as they promote students’ professional development, foster a mentoring culture, and contribute to the popularization of innovative education at the university.
