On September 9, 2026, Mykyta Shaposhnikov successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Models, Methods and Information Technology for Resource Allocation Planning to Improve the Ranking of a Higher Education Institution” in the specialty 122 “Computer Science.”
The research was supervised by Maryna Hrynchenko, PhD in Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Project Management in Information Technologies at NTU “KhPI”.

The dissertation defense took place before the Ad Hoc Specialized Academic Council DF 64.050.290 (Council ID — PhD 16334).
The research addresses the relevant problem of planning and allocating higher education institution resources with regard to improving its ranking position.
