On February 10, 2026, a webinar “Electronic Declaration 2026: Key Rules and Practical Tools” was held on the ZOOM platform.
Anna Mykhailivna Gariaeva, Associate Professor of the Law Department of NTU “KhPI”, took part in its work.
The annual electronic declaration campaign began on January 1, 2026 , and will last until March 31, 2026 inclusive. In order to thoroughly prepare for the process of filling out the declaration and familiarize yourself with the current explanations posted in the Knowledge Base of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption held a webinar on the topic “Electronic Declaration 2026 : Key Rules and Practical Tools”, which took place on February 10, 2026. The webinar covered:
➢ preparation for submitting an electronic declaration;
➢ correct filling in of individual sections of the declaration;
➢ additional financial control tools;
➢ the most common errors when filling out declarations;
➢ liability for violation of financial control requirements.

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption”, ensures the formation and implementation of state anti-corruption policy, in particular by providing methodological and advisory assistance on the application of legislation in the field of corruption prevention.
In connection with the start of the next stage of the electronic declaration campaign and a significant increase in the number of requests for individual
training events for employees of state bodies and local self-government bodies, in order to reach the widest possible audience, rationally use the available administrative resources and ensure a unified approach to interpreting the norms of legislation in the field of financial control, the National Agency, together with the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and the Higher School of Public Administration, decided to hold a single general training event for all declaring entities.
