In October 2026, the lecturers of the Law Department, Gariaeva G.M., Kuzmenko O.V. and Lysenko I.V., received two certificates of registration of copyright for the work.
In accordance with Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”, paragraphs 7, 10 of Section III of the Procedure for State Registration of Copyright and Agreements Relating to Property Rights to a Work, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated August 16, 2023 No. 11319, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 9, 2023 No. 1760 /40816 (as amended), the state organization “Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovations” sent a decision on registration of copyright to a work dated September 24, 2026 No. 151237 Article “Innovative Models and Technologies for Forming a Communication Culture of Social Work” and No. 151222 Scientific Article “Constitutional and Legal Support of Administrative Legal Relations in Ukraine”.
The state organization “Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovations” has considered the application for state registration of the author’s right to the work. As a result of the consideration of the application, it was established that the application meets the requirements of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law and Procedure, and therefore a decision was made to state register the copyright to the work.
