The Department of Law of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” continues to actively expand the horizons of international scientific cooperation and demonstrate the high level of Ukrainian science in the international arena.
On October 9, 2026, Maksym Mykhailovych Tkachev, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Law of NTU “KhPI”, presented the results of a scientific study at an international conference in Kaunas (Lithuania), the materials of which are indexed in the international scientometric database Scopus.
Maksym Mykhailovych’s speech took place as part of the presentation of the joint work of an international team of scientists ( P. Pererva, O. Kosenko, T. Kobielieva, A. Kosenko, M. Tkachov, I. Dolyna ) on the topic: ” Economic Efficiency of Implementing Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)” .
