On 27 October 2025, an open lecture was held for applicants and students on the topic: ‘Success begins with silence.’ It examined types of meditation and their beneficial effects on the body.
The event was moderated by Olesia Bilous, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education.
The event included three types of exercises: 1) an exercise for concentration; 2) dynamic meditation; 3) breath awareness.
The event provided an opportunity to learn about different types of meditation and how to practise using one’s own body and mind as tools. Those present had the opportunity to practise and meditate right during the broadcast in a friendly pre-New Year atmosphere.
