The Department of Thermal Engineering and Energy Efficient Technologies of NTU “KhPI” has once again taken part in the International Student Professional Creative Competition “Agrarian Sciences and Food”, held at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University.
In the 2025/2026 academic year, the Department was represented by a number of student research projects in the field of Agroengineering. According to the organizers, 197 projects were submitted in this field, 49 of which were presented during the final online scientific and practical conference.
Following the results of the second stage of the competition, Yelyzaveta Sitalo (E-523c) was awarded a First-Degree Diploma for her project “Energy-saving wood drying solutions for farms and agricultural operations”.
Other student projects submitted by the Department were also recognized with certificates of participation.
In the final ranking for the Agroengineering field, 10 projects received First-Degree Diplomas, 14 projects received Second-Degree Diplomas, and 24 projects received Third-Degree Diplomas.
We sincerely congratulate Yelyzaveta Sitalo and her academic supervisor, Assoc. Prof. O. Yu. Yehorova, on this outstanding achievement, and we also congratulate all participating students on representing the Department with distinction at the international competition. We wish them continued success in their studies, research, and professional development.
