On February 23, 2026, teachers and students of the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business, at the invitation of colleagues from the Odessa National Technological University (ONTU), joined a meeting with a tourism business practitioner, Galyna Todorova – a tour organizer, author of the blog “Travel, Study, Self-Development” 🧳✈️. The event brought together more than 70 participants from all over Ukraine and aroused sincere interest in the tourism community 🤝🇺🇦.
Ms. Galyna gave an interesting lecture “Experience in organizing tourist trips. Practical prospects in the profession” 🎤📚, shared practical experience in organizing tourist trips, talked about the real challenges of the profession, modern trends in the tourism sector and opportunities for professional development for future and practicing specialists 🚀. In addition, opportunities for internships and employment in tourist locations in the Odessa region on the Black Sea coast 🌊🏖️ were outlined, which aroused particular interest among the students present 👩🎓👨🎓.
