Bachelor ‘s degree is an educational degree obtained at the first level of higher education and awarded by a higher education institution as a result of the successful completion by a higher education student of an educational and professional programme, the volume of which is 180-240 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits.

The first (bachelor’s) level of higher education corresponds to the seventh level of the National Qualifications Framework and provides for the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills sufficient for the successful performance of professional duties in the chosen specialty.
Within the field of “16 Chemical and Bioengineering” at the Department of Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances, Catalysis and Ecology, bachelors are trained in the specialty 161 Chemical Technology and Engineering.

This speciality is distinguished by a logical combination of fundamental theoretical and practical training that meets the highest international standards, with the study and practical mastery of modern technologies and research methods, modelling, design and management methods in the field of chemical technology and engineering.

Graduates are awarded the qualification of Bachelor of Chemical Technology and Engineering.In the future, graduates can continue their education in the relevant specialities under the Master’s programme.
