Short Description of the Program: Graduates will be able to make sound business decisions related to merchandising, marketing, management, foreign economic activity of trading enterprises; identify goods; perform market research and provide goods for trading enterprises; manage assortment and examine goods; manage material and financial condition of trading enterprise and develop its marketing strategy. They will have formed an integrated system of knowledge about consumer properties, quality control, transportation, storage, sale and assortment of goods. They will also be able to use knowledge to design a trading enterprise and ensure its effective performance.
Employment Opportunities: Specialists are in great demand at manufacturing companies, trade agencies, business and expert advisory associations, commercial and industrial firms, centers of standardization, metrology, and certification.

Major Courses: The major courses taught for bachelor’s degree are Management, International Economic Relations, Personnel Management, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurship and Business Planning etc. The major courses taught for master’s degree are Fundamentals of Management Consulting, Investment Management, Crisis Management, Corporate Management, Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation, Information Systems and Technology in Management of Organizations etc.
Short Description of the Program: Training of managers is focused primarily on the acquisition of knowledge and the formation of professional competencies needed to implement control functions in the organization and provision of services in the field of entrepreneurship. The areas of manager’s professional activities are organization of business and ensuring good governance, in particular: strategic management, economic justification of administrative decisions on the basis of the analysis of internal and external environment, organization of the enterprise, the employee motivation in the organization, control of the company, incentives, coordination and management in the enterprise; establishing and maintenance of management information systems.
There are two separate streams of students: in English and in Ukrainian.
Employment Opportunities: Graduates can obtain employment as: chief administrative officer, chief strategy officer, manager in organizations, enterprises and their departments, project manager, commercial manager, production manager, investment manager, manager in public service, marketing, finance, protection of intellectual property etc.

Short Description of the Program: Graduates will have knowledge, skills and abilities to organize foreign economic relations, operate in foreign markets, and attract foreign investments. They will be fluent in business English as well as speak a second foreign language of choice, have sufficient knowledge to succeed in foreign representative offices and organizations, manage enterprises with foreign investments.
There are two separate streams of students: in English and in Ukrainian.
Employment Opportunities. Graduates can obtain employment as managers of joint venture with foreign capital, project manager, manager of foreign economic activity, production manager, investment manager etc.

Short Description of the Program: Training of managers is focused primarily on acquisition of knowledge and formation of professional competencies required for the implementation of investment activities in the organization and in the field of investment consulting services. The responsibilities of investment manager involve attracting and managing investments as well as ensuring efficient coordination of investment activities, such as: planning of investments in organizations, performing feasibility studies of real investments on the basis of the analysis of external and internal organizational environment, creation of portfolios of financial investments, evaluation of investment projects, promotion, coordination and regulation of investment processes in the enterprise; providing information support of investment processes management.
There are two separate streams of students: in English and in Ukrainian.

Short Description of the Program: Graduates will have knowledge, skills and abilities to establish and maintain financial management system of enterprise. They will also be able to develop company’s tax, investment and financial policy. The responsibilities include development and assessment of financial management solutions, business development projects, raising funds for their implementation. The graduates will also acquire skills in financial and economic analysis, working with credit products, securities, products of insurance companies.
There are two separate streams of students: in English and in Ukrainian.
Employment opportunities: Graduates can obtain employment as chief financial officer, manager or employee in finance department of company or organization, specialist in banking institution, credit union, pension fund, insurance company, investment company, audit company and other financial institutions of any legal form.

Short Description of the Program: Training of Specialists in Taxation is aimed primarily at acquisition of knowledge and formation of professional competence needed to carry out activities in the field of taxation. The responsibilities of specialists in taxation include organization of tax accounting, including planning and budgeting, taxes, feasibility study of real taxes on the basis of analysis of the company and the regulatory framework, formation of the source of payment of taxes. Master in taxation is often required to be able to work for the tax services and consulting firms.
Employment Opportunities: Graduates can obtain employment as manager or employee in finance, accounting, economic department of a company or public institution, senior specialist in a financial institution, fiscal service officer, consultant, chief audit executive etc.
