In order to publish an article in the Bulletin of NTU “KhPI”, the following documents must be submitted to the editorial board:

1. An application that looks like this: We are asking you to accept the article … (name of the authors, title of the article) on … pages for publication in the Bulletin of NTU “KhPI” … (specify the series). We guarantee payment. We do not object to minor changes to the text due to the need for formatting when creating the layout of the collection. Signatures of ALL authors.
2. Expert report on the possibility of publication in the open press.
3. A review signed by a doctor or a candidate of sciences (not lower than the scientific degree and academic title of the authors) with the mandatory reflection of the conditions of paragraph 3 of the resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine dated 15.01.2003 No. 7‑05/1.
4. The text of the article is on white A4 paper, printed on a laser printer (the last page is signed by all authors; pages are numbered automatically in the footer).
5. Electronic version of the article layout. Name the file with the last name of the first co-author written in Latin (with a possible number if several articles are submitted) with an indication after a space of the number of pages in the article (for example, “Kovalenko 7.doc”, “Vakulenko1 5”, “Vakulenko2 5”).
