✓ In the Submitted Applications for Admission module, select the required application with the status Recommended (state-funded) / Recommended (contract).

✓ In the window that appears, select Diia.Signature and scan the QR-code on the screen using the Diia application. Click the Next button. Scan the QR-code again in the Diia application and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

✓ Select the option Upload a scan of the manually signed application and upload the file in .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf format, with a size of no more than 2 MB.
After confirming your place of study—refresh the page to make sure the application was successfully signed. The date and time of signing should appear next to it.
Can I cancel the choice confirmation?
Yes, but only until the educational institution confirms that the enrollment requirements have been met.

How to cancel choice confirmation
✓ Select the required application and click Cancel confirmation of choice of study place (annul the QES/delete the file).
✓ Review the warning text and click:

Important! Deadline for confirming state-funded admission (budget):
Until 18:00 on August 8 for applicants based on 11th-grade certificates and Junior Specialist diplomas.
Deadlines for contract-based admission are regulated by the institution’s Admission Rules.
