The Double Degree Program offers a unique opportunity for students of the Department of Computer Mathematics and Data Analysis at NTU “KhPI” to receive two diplomas: a Ukrainian and a German one. This program is implemented in cooperation with Magdeburg University and is available for applicants who:
- are entering the university in 2024
- already live in Germany or plan to move there in the near future

Steps to Participate in the Program
- The NTU “KhPI” Admissions Office operates in Magdeburg until the end of August 2024, where you can learn more about the university and ask any questions.
- In July-August 2024, complete the admission procedure to NTU “KhPI” based on the general requirements using your Ukrainian secondary education certificate and military registration certificate.
- By September 2024, submit an application expressing your interest in the program via the online form and send an email to daz@khpi.edu.ua.
- Starting from May 2025, submit your documents to the German university through a simplified admission system managed by the German Center. A mandatory requirement is successful study at NTU “KhPI.”
- Obtain a minimum B1 level German language certificate by July 15, 2025. B1 is sufficient for admission, and you will then be enrolled in university language courses to improve your level to B2 within a year.
List of required documents for participation in the program
- Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education
- External Independent Testing (EIT) certificate (2020-21) or results of the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) (2021-22, 2022-23, or 2023-24)
- Military registration certificate (or contact the NTU “KhPI” admissions office if unavailable)
- Application for participation in the program
- German language certificate (minimum B1, to be submitted by 15.07.2025)
- Passport and documents confirming the right of residence in Germany (required by 01.07.2025)
