Registration for applicants’ electronic cabinets begins on July 1, 2024, and will continue until October 31, 2024. Submission of applications through the electronic cabinets will be possible from July 19 until 6:00 PM on July 31, 2024. However, do not delay or leave registration until the last day. Plan your time carefully to submit all required documents and applications on time.
How to Register in the Electronic Cabinet
To register an applicant’s electronic cabinet, follow these steps:
- Visit the online application submission page in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (EDEB).
- Enter your email address, which will be used as your login.
- Enter the details of one of your External Independent Examination (EIE) or National Multi-subject Test (NMT) certificates (number, PIN code and year of issue).
- Enter the series and number of your secondary education certificate (high school diploma).
- Confirm your registration via the email sent to your mailbox.
Points to Pay Attention to During Registration:
- Do not use email services blocked in Ukraine (for example, mail.ru, yandex.ru).
- Make sure to enter certificate or high school diploma data correctly.
· You may apply based on the results of NMT 2023/24, NMT 2022/23, NMT 2021/22, or EIE 2020/21, but for registration you select only one – the best result.
Features of the Electronic Cabinet
The electronic cabinet provides applicants with the following functionalities:
- Submission of applications for admission.
- Tracking the status of submitted applications.
- Editing personal information.

Requirements for Uploaded Data and Documents
After activating your electronic cabinet, you need to upload:
- A contact phone number in the format +380.
- A color photograph sized 3×4 cm.
- A photocopy of the appendix to your certificate/ diploma of complete general secondary education.
- Additional External Independent Examination (EIE) certificates, if available.
All files must be in JPG (JPEG) format, and their maximum size must not exceed 1 MB.

To assist applicants in the registration and application process at higher education institutions, consultation centers have been established. Applicants can contact any of these centers for help with creating their electronic cabinet and submitting applications.
Accuracy of Entered Data and Corrections
It is important to enter all data correctly, as once the first application is submitted, you will not be able to change information in the electronic cabinet. Therefore, carefully check all information for accuracy before confirming it.
Application Submission Process
Applicants may submit up to 5 applications for the state-funded (budget) form of study and up to 15 applications for the tuition-based (contract) form (the first 5 of them coincide with the budget applications). When submitting budget applications, it is necessary to set the priority of each application (from 1 to 5). The priority affects the selection process and cannot be changed after the application is submitted.
The first priority is the highest, and the fifth is the lowest. If you are not admitted to the first-choice program based on your first priority, your application will automatically be considered for the second priority. Similarly, if you are not admitted to the second priority, consideration moves to the third and so on.
If you are admitted to a program based on your second priority, but a place later becomes available in your first-choice program, your situation depends on the specific educational institution and its admission rules. In most cases, if you are already admitted to one program, automatic transfer to another is not provided. Additional actions or decisions by the admissions committee may be required for such a transfer.
