Students of the Department of Computer Mathematics and Data Analysis (CMAD) can broaden their academic horizons through international and national mobility programs.

Dual Degree Program

📢 Starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, students of the CMAD Department enrolled in the “Intelligent Data Analysis” program can obtain diplomas from two universities – NTU “KhPI” and Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (Germany).

🔹 What does it mean? You study under a joint program at two universities. The first two semesters – online education at NTU “KhPI” on a special schedule. Starting from the second year – offline education at Magdeburg University. The total study duration is 4 years.

Upon completion, you will receive two degrees – from NTU “KhPI” (Ukraine) and Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (Germany), expanding your career opportunities in Europe.
✅ Only B1 level of German is required for admission, while many other universities require B2/C1.
✅ Participants save up to three years, as they can start their studies immediately without preparatory courses.
✅ Magdeburg is a city with developed infrastructure, a modern campus and close proximity to Berlin. Students have access to sports, cultural and educational opportunities during their studies.

✅ Be a graduate of a Ukrainian high school (2022–2025, 11 grades), currently residing in Germany with official status
✅ Fill out the online registration form in the DSG2neo program (here) and send an email to daz@khpi.edu.ua

✅ Prepare the required documents, submit the application and pass the competitive selection
✅ Have a German language certificate at least B1 (DTZ, TestDaF TDN3, Goethe-Zertifikat B1, TELC Deutsch B1, DSH1)

 

National Academic Mobility

 

The National Academic Mobility Program (NAMP) is the opportunity for students to study at another Ukrainian institution of higher learning without changing their specialty.

You can study courses taught by lecturers from partner universities, gain new experience, and broaden your professional horizons.

🔹 Undergraduate (Bachelor’s), Master’s, and PhD students
🔹 Those who have successfully completed at least two semesters (for undergraduates)
🔹 Full-time students
🔹 Students with positive academic performance
🔹 Students enrolled in a specialty corresponding to the partner university’s program

📌 The courses taken at the host university must correspond to the student’s curriculum in terms of content and number of ECTS credits (a difference of up to 0.5 credit is allowed)
📌 If the difference exceeds 0.5 credit, the student may cover the material independently according to an individual study plan
📌 After completing the program, the academic achievements are recognized at the home university

🔸 Participation in the program does not require additional financial contributions

🔸 In case of offline education, the student covers travel and accommodation expenses independently
