We are pleased to announce that in 2025, applicants to the educational programs of the CMAD Department can receive a state grant to cover the cost of contract-based studies – from 22,100 to 48,750 UAH per year
What are these grants?
📌 They are financial support provided by the state to applicants who achieve high NMT results but did not receive a government-funded place.
The grants are awarded if certain conditions are met and are paid directly to the university. (This means you don’t need to worry about finances during your studies.)
Grant amounts:
- 17 000 UAH – if you score 150 or higher in at least two NMT subjects
- 25 000 UAH – if you score 170 or higher in at least two NMT subjects
📎 For specialties in the F field – Information Technology, which include “Artificial Intelligence” and “Intelligent Data Analysis”, a coefficient of 1.3 is applied.
📍 For 2025 school graduates from Kharkiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, or Mykolaiv regions who apply to a university in the same region, an additional coefficient of 1.5 is applied.
How much is that in total?
The annual tuition fee for the “Artificial Intelligence” and “Intelligent Data Analysis” programs in 2025 is 40 220 UAH (with the option to pay per semester).

🟡Even the minimum grant significantly reduces the financial burden.
🟢 The maximum grant fully covers the tuition fees for the “Intelligent Data Analysis” and “Artificial Intelligence” programs.
⚠️ Important to know:
- 📌 The grant is awarded only to those who did not receive any recommendation for a state-funded place after the distribution results.
- 📌 If you were offered a state-funded place but declined it, you are not eligible for the grant.
- 📌 You also cannot receive the grant if you decline the contract offer assigned to you by the system and wish to enroll in a different contract program.
🧭 In other words: if you are offered a place, you have two choices:
- 🎓 Accept the state-funded place (if you’re lucky to get one)
- 💼 Accept the proposed contract offer and receive the grant
👉 Refusing the recommendation = losing your right to the grant
