Phase 1: Getting Started – September 2023 (Online)
Welcome, future sustainability champions! In this exciting phase, we’ll kick things off online with motivating meetings to update and empower you. We’ll share what we hope to achieve together and discuss how you can make a positive impact.
You’ll receive team packages and fascinating topics to explore. Don’t worry, we’ll provide the materials you need online to get a solid foundation in the subject.
Phase 2: Explore, Create, and Connect – October 9-20, 2023 (Offline, campus Kleve)
Now the real adventure begins! Join us in Kleve, Germany, for a thrilling in-person experience. We have an amazing lineup of interactive workshops and inputs, including an exciting digital start-up workshop hosted by ZFIT.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team with German and Ukrainian students, working together on exciting topics. Get ready for inspiring company visits, fun excursions, and other activities that will broaden your horizons.
The best part? You’ll present your brilliant workshop results at a special event on the HSRW campus, using digital media like blogs, e-portfolios, and videos to showcase your innovative solutions.
Phase 3: Continuing the Journey – November – December 2023 (Online)
Even after the excitement of campus life, our journey continues online. We’ll follow up on your progress, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Eligibility and Requirements:
Exclusively open to students of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (NTU “KhPI”). We seek motivated individuals with a commitment to Ukraine’s economic future. Participants should actively engage in all program phases, demonstrate creativity, proactivity, and leadership potential. English proficiency is required for comprehensive participation.
Registration and Enrollment:
- Compose a concise English-language motivation letter (up to 500 words) detailing how your participation will enhance the program and showcasing your understanding of the covered topics. Utilize recommended resources for informed insights.
- Update your CV to emphasize academic and extracurricular achievements that align with the program.
- Fill out the registration form (https://forms.gle/Ut2LWc3ki7YVmPEQA ), attaching both your motivation letter and relevant CV.
Registration deadline: Up to and including Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
Following registration, selected participants will be contacted for an English-language interview by the organizers.
Terms of Participation:
Participation is free of charge. Eligible students can anticipate a daily allowance of €42 along with partial travel expense coverage. Upon completion, participants will be granted certificates of participation.
Accommodation and Logistics:
Accommodation options for the offline phase in Kleve are being finalized. The university will arrange lodging in Kleve or nearby. Details about provided accommodation and transportation guidelines will follow.
