The Management Department hosted the defense of term papers of 4th-year students in the discipline “Performance Management” of the specialty “Management”

The students publicly presented the results of their research work, which they had been working on for three months. Daria Makarova, a recruitment specialist at AB InBev Efes Ukraine, acted as a practitioner at the defense, asking practical questions, and providing professional advice and comments on the presentations. Also, she invited students to do the pre-diploma internship at the company.

Preparing for the defense, the students carefully selected, analyzed and visualized information on the performance of both powerful international corporations with a worldwide reputation and small domestic companies.
