Results of the department’s cooperation within the Dukenet Network for the 2022/2023 academic year

During the academic year 2022/2023, the faculty of the Department of Management was invited to pilot participation in the international union of universities Dukenet Network, which brings together private and public institutions of the European Union for joint cooperation and project development in the field of management, international business and marketing.

Throughout the year, the department’s faculty and students joined the COIL project, a pioneering interactive learning methodology that has been increasingly spreading among the world’s most active universities in recent years. Students of the groups BEM-M722e, BEM-M622e, BEM-520ae, BEM-521ae and BEM-621ae together with students from the University of San Pablo (Spain) took part in such a project as part of the courses “Fundamentals of Business Analysis” and “Business Diagnostics”. Students learned how to analyze financial statements, shared presentations and videos about selected domestic companies, took self-assessment tests, communicated and shared their impressions. The leaders were the Head of the Department, Associate Professor Olena Prokhorenko, and Senior Lecturer Maria Foshchiy.

Associate Professor Olena Chaikova took part as a guest lecturer in the international student marketing game Markstrat 2023 and the conference dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Dukenet Network. Prof. Taras Danko, Prof. Nataliia Krasnokutska, Associate Professor Nataliia Shyriaieva, and Associate Professor Iryna Sitak also took part in several conferences of the network during the year.

The next stage of cooperation between the Department of Management of NTU “KPI” and Dukenet Network is scheduled for the next 2023/2024. We have received full membership with all the opportunities of a Dukenet Network member to involve students and faculty in international projects and cooperation.

We look forward to fruitful cooperation and new achievements with the Dukenet Network!
