Associate Professor Natalia Shyriaieva from the Department of Management at NTU KhPI had a unique opportunity to present collective research at the TECIS2024 conference in Waterford, Ireland. The paper focused on various aspects of women in engineering in two Eastern Partnership countries: Ukraine and Moldova. The authors’ group included professional women engineers and STEM specialists from Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ireland, and the USA.
The Conference on Technology, Culture, and International Stability (TECIS2024) was organized by esteemed colleagues from the South East Technological University (SETU) and aimed to bring together researchers and practitioners from industry and academia. The conference provided an overview of the state of the art, presented new research results, and facilitated the exchange of ideas and experiences in technology, culture, and international stability. TECIS2024, the 22nd conference organized by the professional community “International Federation of Automatic Control” (IFAC), took place at SETU Waterford from May 29th-31st, 2024. SETU is a young institution with core values of sustainability, formed by the merger of two senior universities in Ireland.
