About

The Department of Management was founded in 1991 by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honored Science and Technology Figure of Ukraine, Academician Leonid Ivin.

The department provides training in the field of knowledge 07 “Management and Administration”: specialty 073 “Management” in educational programs (EP) of bachelor’s and master’s levels:

In the specialty 073 “Management” the department also conducts training of Doctors of Philosophy.

The training of specialists is carried out by the teaching staff, which includes 6 doctors of sciences, 8 professors, 19 associate professors. The faculty members of the department have practical international experience and are fluent in English, which makes it possible to teach in both Ukrainian and English.

The educational process is focused on interaction with potential employers, both Ukrainian and international companies. The department has extensive ties with leading universities in Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Italy, Spain and other countries, where the best students have the opportunity to gain additional knowledge in theoretical and practical areas under the ERASMUS+ international student mobility programs, improve their foreign language, and obtain a second degree.

Graduates are employed by organizations of any form of ownership and legal form. They work as executives and managers of various levels, departmental specialists. In addition, some graduates are entrepreneurs who create and develop their own businesses.

Students of the department actively participate in interuniversity competitions, international conferences, and various projects.
